Obituary for Terry Wayne Schultz


Terry Wayne Schultz, age 68, of Danville, VA, entered into rest on November 7, 2017 at Riverside Health Care Center in Danville.

He was born on January 15, 1949, in Janesville, WI, the son of the late Kenneth Schultz and the late Elmira McKinney Schultz. He was married to the late Carolyn Busby Schultz.

Terry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and minister. He enjoyed serving in the church, spending time with his grandchildren, and Packer football.

He is survived by one daughter, Karen (Phillip) Murdock of Williamsburg; one son, Kenneth (Melissa) Schultz of Danville; five grandchildren, Tyler Murdock, Brayden Murdock, Ella Bray, Riley Nuckols, and Brooklynn Schultz; and one brother, Dale (Becky) Schultz of Chesapeake.

A memorial service will be conducted at Sheva Church of Christ on Friday November 10, 2017 at 11:00 am with Minister Larry L. Owen officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and at other times will be at the residence of his son, 575 Walnut Creek Rd. Danville, VA.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Mid-Atlantic Christian University, 715 N. Poindexter St. Elizabeth City, NC 27919.
